记述了新中国成立后，在十分困难的条件下，党中央高瞻远瞩做出发展我国导弹、航天事业的重大决策，在正确政策和科学理论的指导下，我国导弹、航天事业从无到有、从小到大的发展历程；也记述了我国导弹、航天事业的开拓者们50年来忘我拼搏、无私奉献取得的伟大成就；以科学发展观和系统科学理论为指导，总结历史经验，展望未来，从总体上对我国导弹、航天事业的发展进行了对策思考。
The paper describes the developing process of China´s missile and space cause and the great achievements made by the pioneers.
