论述了500W连续YAG激光器用于汽车发动机缸体淬火技术的最新研究成果及实验情况,分析了YAG激光淬火比CO2激光淬火的诸多优越性。在微机控制系统上,首次提出了横向头数与纵向头数的新概念,导出了新的数学模型,还提出了网纹局部加密技术,通过软件程序实现了高精度网纹的激光淬火。
This paper presents the new research achievements and experiment results of the application of 500 W CW YAG laser quenching for engine cylinder block, and then analyses the advantages of YAG laser quenching compared with C〇2 laser quenching. In computer controlling system, the concept of horizontal diamond number and vertical diamond number is proposed, new mathematics model is derived, and derived new technique of locally densified mesh is put forward. Laser quenching in high precision mesh is realized by software controlling .
