分析了解决钢铁企业污染的三种方案，提出钢铁企业应逐步实现清洁生产；根据Saldanha钢铁厂清洁生产工艺工业化实例，结合我国的特点提出了一套基于多级流化移动床的熔态还原新工艺，在现有钢铁厂实现清洁生产。

Three solutions to the pollution problems of iron and steel industry in China have been discussed, among which clean production is obviously the best choice. As a“green” steel mill has been successfully established in South Africa, a new smelting reduction process based on rebuilding the present blast furnace into a multi-layer fluidized moving bed has been proposed according to the present situation of iron and steel making industry in China.
