Designing and Implement of A Multi language Windows ´ '95 Platform
文章叙述了具有不同编辑方向的维、哈、阿、汉和英多文种信息处理的Windows´95平台开发与应用，不等宽民文信息处理在Windows环境中面临的问题及其解决方法，以及民文显示技术、民文处理机制及其创新点。
The development of a multilanguage, multiedit direction Windows '95 Platform is introduced, which can process Uigur, Kazak, Arabic, Chinese, as well as English. The technique difficulties and the solution in processing different width letter of multilanguage information under Windows system are described in detail. Some renovation methods of the multilanguage processing and display technique are proposed in this paper.
