The authors regret to inform that several operation symbols of Eq. (3) and the following sentences are mistaken due to clerical errors.
1. Eq. (3) ( μ z α / 2 × σ n , μ z α / 2 × σ n ) should be changed to: ( μ z α / 2 × σ n , μ + z α / 2 × σ n ) .
2. “Then the trapezoidal time function of this time interval is ( Δ t r + μ z α / 2 × σ n , Δ t r , Δ t , Δ t + μ z α / 2 × σ n ) , where r is the preset buffer time in this time interval” should be changed to: “Then the trapezoidal time function of this time interval is ( Δ t r + μ z α / 2 × σ n , Δ t r , Δ t , Δ t + μ + z α / 2 × σ n ) , where r is the preset buffer time in this time interval” in the second sentence following the Eq. (3).
