摘要:

蓄能运行即通过不同蓄能设施利用电网低谷剩余电能储存转换,变成和再生能源一样,可周而复始更新使用,形成可持续发展的循环机制。蓄能设施涵盖抽水蓄能和其他蓄电、蓄能装置。当今水电发展受限于水能资源,在原电力开发基础上再考虑蓄能运行后可使之步入新的境界,有利于风电等新能源和整个电网的可持续发展。

Observations on pathological and histochemical changes in piglet livers infected with Taenia saginata asiatica

摘要: To study the pathological and histochemical characteristics of lesions in piglet livers infected with () throughout the different stages, piglets were fed with eggs of and raised in isolation in an animal center to establish the infection model with normal piglets as control. The pathological changes in the piglet livers were observed after the infection using liver sections stained with hematoxylin and eosin. Histochemical methods were used to check the changes in lipid, glycogen and protein content in the liver. The data collected by image analysis were analyzed statistically with Statistical Package for the Social Science. The results show that -exposed piglets were indeed infected. Inflammatory reactions began on the fourth day and progressed rapidly. Kupffer cell hyperplasia, hepatic hydropic degeneration and ballooning degeneration were found in the 10th 20th days after infection. Hepatic central veins and hepatic sinusoids were dilated and congested. Spotty necrosis occurred in some local liver tissues. In the 40th–60th days, granulomatous reactions and mild hepatocirrhosis were the main lesions. In the 70th–80th days, hepatocirrhosis and bile duct proliferation were observed in the liver. In the different stages, lipid drops were increased while glycogen and protein levels were decreased to some degree. There was a significant difference in metabolism between the infected group and the control group (〈0.01). It is concluded that pigs are the favorable intermediate host of and its infection can result in serious pathological and histochemical lesions in host organs.

摘要: This paper introduces the working principle, characteristics, development, welding techniques, and applications of non-electric welding. We analyzed the microstructure of the welding bead and the tensile strength of the non-electric welded joints. The results indicate that the welding technique is simple, the performance of the welding line is excellent, and that the application is broad. Therefore, non-electric welding shows favorable application value and potential prospect.

Low-temperature selective catalytic reduction of NO with NH based on MnO-CeO/ACFN

摘要: MnO-CeO/ACFN were prepared by the impregnation method and used as catalyst for selective catalytic reduction of NO with NH at 80°C–150°C. The catalyst was characterized by N-BET, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR). The fraction of the mesopore and the oxygen functional groups on the surface of activated carbon fiber (ACF) increased after the treatment with nitric acid, which was favorable to improve the catalytic activities of MnO-CeO/ACFN. The experimental results show that the conversion of NO is nearly 100% in the range 100°C–150°C under the optimal preparation conditions of MnO-CeO/ACFN. In addition, the effects of a series of performance parameters, including initial NH concentration, NO concentration and O concentration, on the conversion of NO were studied.

Comparison of CT-guided aspiration to key hole craniotomy in the surgical treatment of spontaneous putaminal hemorrhage: a prospective randomized study

摘要: This study was designed to compare the approaches and efficacies of two different ways of neurosurgical management for spontaneous putaminal hemorrhage (SPH): computed tomographic-guided aspiration (CTGA) and the key-hole approach (KHA). The indications of the two approaches are also explored. From September 2001 to 2003, a total of 1077 cases of SPH distributed in 135 hospitals all over the mainland of China were included for analysis. All cases had three-month follow-up data. The study was designed in a single-blinded manner to compare the efficacies of the different approaches. There were 563 cases in the CTGA group, 165 in the KHA group, and 217 cases in the conventional open craniotomy (COC) group. In the CTGA and KHA groups, the mortalities at one month after operation (M1m) were 17.9% and 18.3%, respectively, while the mortalities at three months after operation (M3m) were 19.4% and 19.4%, respectively (>0.05). The postoperative complications due to CTGA (23.7%) were not significantly different from those due to KHA (25.7%) ( = 0.420). The M3m of patients with Glasgow coma scale (GCS) "d8 was 3.45 and 4.0 times as much as those with GCS>8, respectively. The M3m of patients with complications was 3.92 times as much as those without complications. The M3m of patients with hemorrhage volume "e70 mL was 2.67 times as much as those <70 mL. The CTGA is not better than KHA in the treatment of SPH in terms of a more favorable outcome or less mor tality and morbidity, but CTGA could be the first choice for those with bleeding volumes "d50mL, while KHA is the first choice for those with bleeding volumes >50 mL.

利用吸附分离技术实现二氧化碳和甲烷的分离是提高天然气品质的一种有效手段。然而,基于热力学分离的吸附剂对二氧化碳往往表现出很强的亲和力,因此再生过程会产生巨大的能耗。相较而言,尽管精准调控吸附剂孔径以实现吸附质扩散速率的显著差异仍具有巨大挑战,动力学分离技术仍是变压吸附(PSA)过程的首选。本文报道了一种用于在亚埃尺度精准调控吸附剂孔径的客体溶剂导向策略,实现了二氧化碳和甲烷的高效动力学分离。基于4,4-(六氟异丙基亚甲基)-双(苯甲酸)和双核铜的轮桨型结构单元,我们构筑了一系列异构的金属有机框架材料。结果表明,得益于周期性扩张和收缩的孔道以及理想的孔径尺寸,CuFMOF·CH3OH(CuFMOF-c)能够有效地捕获二氧化碳并阻碍甲烷的扩散,从而表现出优异的动力学分离性能,其具有极高的动力学选择性(273.5)和平衡-动力学综合选择性(64.2)。分子动力学(MD)模拟阐明了分离机制,固定床穿透实验验证了材料优异的分离性能。
