Abstract:

This paper discusses the influence of aviation on the environment and the environmental protection technology. It also analyzes the pollution of aircraft emissions to the atmosphere and the effect of aviation noise. The ways to control aircraft emissions and noise are studied. The technologies and management measures to reduce aviation emissions are recommended.

The Theory, Methodology and Application of Agricultural Information Engineering

Abstract:

The era of information agriculture is commencing in the new century. Information agriculture will be the research frontier for the reasonable exploitation and utilization of agricultural resources, increase of crop yield, reduction of agricultural costs, mitigation of environment pollution and improvement of the international market competitive power of agricultural products. It is foreseen that biological engineering and agricultural information technology will be the two technical backbones for China's agriculture in the new century, and will be essential to realize China´s agricultural modernization. The agricultural information science, technology and engineering are brifly summarized in this paper. In the 21st century, China's agricultural information science, technology and engineering should closely follow the international frontier and implement span development :not only develop and apply existent agricultural information technologies, those internationally hotspot topics should also be studied and tested in advance, to speed up the agricultural modernization in China through the development of agricultural information engineering.

With the development and wide application of information science in agriculture as a new branch from agricultural technology system, agricultural information engineering has been gradually developed. It is a promising applied technology and an important technologyical support for realizing China's agricultural modernization. The scientifically combining of agriculture and information science created the science of agricultural information. The embodiment and application of information technology in all of the agricultural fields have pushed the development of agricultural information technology. Agricultural information engineering results from the research and application of agricultural information science and agricultural information technology. The basic contents of agricultural information science include the mechanism of agricultural information, information feature, information classification and coding, information reproducing and information linkage, etc. Agricultural information technology is associated with the technology of agricultural information resource acquisition and management, technology of information system, technology of information precise positioning, technology of agricultural auxiliary decision-making, computer modeling, simulation and virtual technologies, artificial intelligence and expert system technologies, automation technology, multimedia and network technologies, etc. The technological system of agricultural information engineering consists of agricultural information resource acquisition system, information management system, agricultural exploitation decision-making system, synthesis modeling system of regional resource exploitation, agricultural expert system and the virtual environment system of agricultural science knowledge innovation, etc.

On Step by Step Method in Developing Aero-Engines

Abstract:

Two ways to develop the aero-engines and their respective features are discussed in a summary manner. The regularity and importance of the mode of step by step development are discussed and justified with reference to the practices widely used at home and abroad for improving and developing aero-engines and to the experience therein, and a better organization and direction for improving and developing aero-engines are suggested to implement the planning of them.

A Consideration of Agriculture and Agricultural Science

Abstract:

This article explores the importance of agriculture in line with development of society. It uses examples of high productivity achieved in grain and cotton crops in Inner Mongolia and Xinjiang areas to show that the fundamental objective of agricultural science is to maximize crops through the most effective use of soil, fertilizer and water in gaining the greatest benefit from power of the sun. Agricultural science should take up relevant theories and methodologies from other sciences, such as biological science, earth science and economics. The use of information technology will have great benefits for agricultural science. It hopes the scientific communities of China can make a significant contribution to solving the problems facing our rural areas, farmers and agriculture itself.

Reliability and Life Management on Aeroengine Used in Army

Abstract:

Based on the reliability and life management on aeroengines used in army in western countries, the basic elements of aeroengine reliability and life management are expatiated, and the differences and errors about reliability in China are discussed. The reason that the reliability and life management lag behind is pointed out, for example, outmoded management concept, inadequate management system, weak groundwoork, imperfect standard Finally, the paper points out the proper way to construct and improve the reliability and life managtment in China.

Scientific Decision Making is the Key to Successful Research and Development of Aero-engines

Abstract:

The significance of the theory of modem management and decision making to the research and development of aero-engines in China is discussed. Then by reviewing some successful and unsuccessful examples in and out of China of decision making in research and development of new aero-engines, experiences and lessons in decision making and management are analysed and summarized. It is further stated that several relationships should correctly be handled in connection with the practice in China in the process of research and development of Chinese aeroengines. For the better and faster development of Chinese aero-engines, to practise decision making in a scientific and democratic way will be the first important measure to be taken. At last suggestions for scientific decision making in research and development of Chinese new aeroengines are presented.

Recognition and practice on remanufacturing engineering management of military aero-engine

Abstract:

Design,manufacture and maintenance of military fighter engine are particularly a lot more difficult to learn than those of other military aero-engines. Owing to military aero-engine is monopolized by very few countries and its core technology is never transferred, it features high risk,high investment,high barrier and high cost. Currently,design and manufacture of military aero-engine in China have not reached the level of independent research and development,instead,the method of long-term dependence on copying or importing others' military engine is adopted to meet the needs. However,after over twenty years of unremitting efforts of some domestic enterprise,Chinese all fighter engines including engines powered in designing aircraft have completely achieved the level of independent maintenance,whose maintenance technology, ability,quality, efficiency and cost have reached or surpassed those of importing nations,with a change developing from nothing and an improvement from weak to strong. In particular, more than ten projects concerning research and development of remanufacturing technology and the engineering application with the feature of independent intellectual property rights have promoted leapfrog improvement of Chinese military aero-engine independent maintenance level,whose function cannot be substituted.

The practicable technique way of earthquake prediction—Thoughts on developing China’s air emergency rescue ability

Abstract:

At present China's air emergency rescue ability lags far behind, which urgently requires planning and constructing China's air emergency rescue systems nationwide. As soon as possible, we should work out "the Master Plan for China National Air Emergency Rescue Systems Construction" , strengthen the architecture of air equipment and air infrastructure, set up the administrative agency for the national air anti-disaster and rescue actions, expedite the opening up of the low-altitude airspace, establish the specially-trained air emergency rescue troops, heighten the air emergency rescue capabilities, and build China's national air emergency rescue systems with Chinese characteristics.

The Development and Proposals of the Aeroengine Technology

Abstract:

It has been only 50 years since gas turbine engines arrived in the early 40´s, however, there have been great changes in gas turbine technology progress. Gas turbine engines has been playing an important role in the development of aviation industries.Turbofan engines are always at the leading edge in technical area. It has become the major power for modern fighter aircraft and transportation aircraft in the trunk airlines. Thrust-weight ratio, one of the most important technical parameters of fighter aircraft engine, has been improved from 2 in the early time to 8, while the fuel consumption has been reduced from 1.0 kg/daN ▪h to 0. 6~0.7 kg/daN▪h.

From late 40´s to the early of 21st century, there have been four generation replacements of fighter aircraft. Fighter aircraft engine with a thrust-weight ratio of 8 was emerged in early 7O´s. It remains the main model on active service for developed countries today, and is still under development.Fighter aircraft engine with a thrust-weight ratio of 10 is in development, and hopefully will be put into service by 2003. Aeronautically developed countries have been applying their aeroengine research and development program since 80´s, in order to provide themselves with military and commercial advantages.The target is to demonstrate engine technologies of a thrust-weight ratio of 15〜20 and a fuel consumption reduction of 30%〜40% . It is forecasted that this type of engine shall be successfully developed by the year of 2020, which double the engine capability. It shows that the development of aeroengine technologies is being accelerated.

Facing the 21st century of knowledge and economy, challenge and opportunity run together, difficulty and hope go in parallel. We must seize the chance, go along with the trend to speed up the aero technology development in China. Views and proposals are given in this paper.

High-Quality Development of Modern Smart Ecological Agriculture

Abstract:

To realize rural revitalization, this article analyzes the trends of China’s agricultural product demand, agricultural industrial structure, and agricultural labor demand in the next 30 years, and proposes that China should insist on the development of modern smart ecological agriculture in the future. To ensure national food security and achieve sustainable development of a high-efficiency, green, and high-value agriculture, China should promote agricultural efficiency improvement, system optimization, and efficient recycling of resources. It is necessary to reconstruct four systems: innovative agricultural science and technology, modern agricultural management, socialized agricultural service, and new-era agricultural personnel systems. Biological, equipment, ecological, and information technologies should be innovated to improve the agriculture sector. Furthermore, five major projects are recommended including pilot demonstration project for modern smart ecological agriculture, modern production and living waste treatment project, high-quality development monitoring and evaluation project for the whole agricultural industry chain, planting and breeding combined project led by breeding enterprises, and agricultural and rural personnel cultivation project.

The Technological Front Line and Development Strategy of Info-agriculture

Abstract:

Info-agriculture, the information technology system of agriculture,the technology front line of info-agriculture and the stratagem of Chinese info-agriculture have been introduced in this paper. In the part of info-agriculture ,this paper brings forward the basic conception of info-agriculture, and points out eight characters of info-agriculture. In the technology system of info-agriculture, the author puts forwarded five technology systems, that is, acquirement of information, management, transmission, development and application, industrialization and revelation. In the technology front line of info-agriculture, six problems have been discussed, that is, agriculture information mechanism needs to be researched in agriculture information science, the catalog system, standard and criterion of agriculture information, the error theory and agriculture information transfer, the relative theory of agriculture information, the theory of agriculture information flow control and agriculture information inversion. There are seven front line issues: crop growing model, aptitude expert system, virtual agriculture, integration of agriculture information technology, virtual agriculture information nets, precision agriculture, standard system of info-agriculture. In the strategy of info-agriculture in China, eight constructions of agriculture information technology should be developed, that is, extending the resource of agriculture information, building service center of agriculture information, management constructing national and provincial speedy system of agriculture, the expert system of agriculture, the development and construction of agriculture resource information, service system of agriculture, management information system of agriculture, educational net system of agriculture, and developing auto technology of agriculture.
