本文对“十二五”期间战略新兴产业中的新一代信息技术领域进行了全面的分析与梳理，并结合产业特征和技术趋势，对我国“十三五”期间新一代信息技术产业重点方向进行研究和展望，提出“十三五”期间新一代信息技术产业领域的发展思路和建设性意见，以期为“十三五”期间新一代信息技术的发展提供借鉴和参考。

This paper analyzes and sorts out the new generation of information technology sector as a strategic emerging industry during the 12th Five-Year Plan. This study also extrapolates the general direction of the industry in terms of technological shifts and industry practices during the 13th Five-Year Plan. Development ideas and constructive opinions for this area are put forward as references for the development of the new generation of information industry during the 13th Five-Year Plan.
