“一带一路”工程科技人文交流的基本内涵与企业参与现状
People-to-people and Cultural Exchanges in Engineering Technology along the Belt and Road and Status Quo of Enterprises Participation
工程科技人文交流是人类改造或创造事物过程中不同科技知识和价值观等思想内容的交流过程，其目的是减少或消除不同国家间工程科技思想隔阂，增进民心相通，确保工程项目的顺利实施。本文从工程科技人文交流的内涵以及企业参与工程科技人文交流的重要意义出发，研究“一带一路”重点建设企业的工程科技人文交流现状，剖析企业参与工程科技人文交流存在的问题，进而对我国企业深度参与工程科技人文交流提出初步的建议。
The people-to-people and cultural exchanges in the engineering technology field refer to the exchanges of different scientific and technological knowledge and values formed during transformation or creation of things. Its purpose is to reduce or eliminate the estrangement in engineering ideas among different countries, so as to enhance people-to-people bond and ensure the smooth implementation of engineering projects. This paper first introduces the connotation of people-to-people and cultural exchanges in the engineering technology field and the significance of enterprises participation, then studies the status quo of participation of key enterprises along the Belt and Road, analyzes the problems existing in enterprises participation, and further proposes preliminary suggestions on how to deepen the participation of Chinese enterprises in the exchanges.
