摘要

从当前我国水利水电工程质量存在的问题，反思其产生的原因，提出提高水利水电工程质量的对策。

Abstract

From the quality problems existing in hydraulic power projects at present in China, the emerging causes are discussed and the countermeasures for improving the quality of hydrulic power projects are suggested.
