在分析了众多大型水电工程建设中土石方调配平衡问题的基础上,利用系统的观点分析了土石方调配系统的系统组成,系统各要素之间的相互关系,建立了系统的线性规划优化模型,并在实践中检验模型计算结果,表明该模型经济可行。
On the basis of the analysis work of many massive water resources and hydropower projects, and by using systemic view, the thesis analyses the composition of the system and the mutual relations among the elements. According to it, Linear Programming Model is constituted. The calculating result by the model is verified in real work. It s proved economic and feasible.
