对含稀释剂Al203和Cr<sub>2</sub>0<sub>3</sub>的Al-Cr<sub>2</sub>0<sub>3</sub>体系燃烧合成反应进行了热力学计算与分析,讨论了起始反应温度T<sub>0</sub>、稀释剂Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>和Cr<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>的含量对绝热反应温度7^的影响,并得出T<sub>0</sub>与T<sub>ad</sub>在特定温度段上的近似线性关系以及该关系在指导材料成分设计上的应用;揭示了反应驱动力——Gibbs自由能(AG)随反应温度(T)的变化关系,得出该体系的反应为扩散控制型反应;结合实验结果与分析,描述了该体系热爆反应的微观模型。
The thermodynamic calculation and analysis of combustion synthesis reaction of Al - Cr<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> system with AI<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> and Cr<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> diluents were conducted, and the effects of reaction starting temperature T<sub>O</sub>, diluents AI<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> and Cr<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> on the adiabatic combustion temperature T<sub>ad</sub> were also discussed. The near linear relation between T<sub>0</sub> and T<sub>ad</sub> was obtained and its application in directing the composition design was introduced. Furthermore, the correlation between Gibbs free energy AG and reaction temperature T was displayed by above calculation and discussion. It shows the reaction of this system is controlled by diffusion. At last, combined with the analysis on the experiment results, the thermal explosive reaction micro-model was proposed.
