摘要

抽水蓄能作用明显,可利用低谷电能抽水,以供峰荷时再发电或需要时供水。电网中当时无法充分利用的低谷电能通过储存转换,变废为宝,以丰补歉、循环更新使用,使系统中各种火电等机组可在较优工况下平稳运行,对节能减排、保护环境十分有利。水利水电、火电核电、风能太阳能等蓄能运行均有利于可持续发展。

Abstract

As they provide the superiorities of the peak clipping and valley filling, the running stability of all the power units and the quality of the electricity of the power grid may be refined. It is notable that as a large amount of the discharging harmful gas CO2 etc. will be reduced, it is very favorable to the ecological environment and retainable development.
