针对薄煤层安全、经济开采这一世界性难题，分析我国薄煤层资源分布以及开采技术现状，提出我国刨煤机成套装备系统所存在的技术问题，通过对成套装备关键技术的分析及研究，提出技术解决方法和途径，为刨煤机的自动化工作面提供技术支持。
