近年来，我国煤炭产量增速明显，行业技术水平、装备水平和管理水平突飞猛进，然而，煤矿建设的标准和规范相对滞后，有必要编制一部现代化矿井综合技术标准。中煤集团立足于全面提升矿井建设标准，编制完成一部高于国家标准、行业标准的企业标准，即《安全高效现代化矿井技术标准》(以下简称《标准》)。该《标准》引领行业发展方向，对提升行业科学化水平具有指导意义。
