This paper holds that “Star-Bombs” undertaking has influenced the social development of China in five aspects： providing a peaceful international environment for domestic construction; capturing the central height of developing new technology; protruding tremendous economic-social values; breeding a precious national spirit; winning the international standing essential for building new order of international relations.
