Fine chemicals industry is one of the standards to evaluate the level of chemical industry. Several problems which should be taken into consideration in developing fine chemicals industry, including environmental protection, consumption decrease, energy saving, core technology, specialty technology, resource and development innovation, are involved in the present article.
