Research and Development of Inert cathode and Anode in Aluminium Electrolysis
Some new types of electrodes for modern aluminium electrolysis cells are reviewed in this paper. They include inert cathode, inert anode, dipolar electrode and SiC side lining. Their functions and developing tendency are discussed.
