This paper tries to use the theory of modern management to analyze virtual corporation, the new form of enterprises in the era of knowledge economy, iucluding its emergence and development, its type and characteristics as well as its superiority over traditional enterprise. The authors put forward their opinion on how to accelerate the virtual corporation in China.
