The development of a multilanguage, multiedit direction Windows '95 Platform is introduced, which can process Uigur, Kazak, Arabic, Chinese, as well as English. The technique difficulties and the solution in processing different width letter of multilanguage information under Windows system are described in detail. Some renovation methods of the multilanguage processing and display technique are proposed in this paper.
