摘要

卫星及应用产业是国家战略性高技术产业，是我国战略性新兴产业高端装备制造业的重点发展方向。本文在对卫星及应用产业的概念及范畴进行界定的基础上，分析了国内外卫星及应用产业的总体情况、关键产品、产业链及产业环境，通过剖析卫星及应用产业发展面临的主要问题，结合国内外卫星及应用产业的发展趋势，提出了促进我国卫星及应用产业发展的政策建议。
