我国战略性新兴产业发展环境变化及策略研究

摘要
战略性新兴产业体现了新一轮科技革命和产业变革的方向，是落实供给侧结构性改革、培育发展新动能、获取未来竞争新优势的关键领域。研究未来一段时间内国际国内发展环境的重大变化，提出发展应对策略，成为我国新兴产业亟需解决的问题。本文梳理了战略性新兴产业发展现状，采用主因素研究方法，从新兴技术、新兴需求、国际环境、国内生态的角度预测分析了产业发展面临的环境变化。研究表明，战略性新兴产业在国民经济发展中的作用不断提升，“十四五”将是产业发展的重要机遇期；全球新兴科技爆发，国际环境深度调整，我国经济进入新阶段，人民追求美好生活伴生新需求，将对战略性新兴产业的发展带来重大影响。为此提出建议，在战略性新兴产业后续政策设计、国家“十四五”规划制定过程中，合理调整发展领域、加强创新能力建设、完善发展环境、优化产业布局，促使产业发展适应新的宏观形势。
