我国高性能合成树脂发展战略研究

摘要

高性能合成树脂是支撑先进制造、新能源、电子信息等国家战略性新兴产业发展的关键基础材料。本文立足产业发展对高性能合成树脂的迫切需求,着眼我国合成树脂行业长远发展,采用文献调研、专家咨询等研究手段,从高性能聚烯烃树脂材料、其他高性能合成树脂材料两个方面,系统梳理了我国高性能合成树脂材料的技术发展趋势,凝练合成树脂工业面临的技术与装备相对落后、部分高端产品尚无国产化技术、基础理论与方法研究薄弱、解决废弃塑料污染环境问题动力不足等问题。在分析高性能合成树脂材料关键技术的基础上,研究提出行业发展建议:利用现有装备和技术开发高端产品,实现规模化应用;加强高性能材料领域基础研究和人才培养,保障技术创新;开发生物可降解塑料,促进可持续发展;加强“产学研用”合作,提高技术转化与应用效率。
