挖掘变化知识的可拓数据挖掘研究

摘要:

规范了可拓信息与可拓知识基本概念,即在信息和知识的概念上扩充了变化的信息和变化的知识。明确了可拓数据挖掘概念以及可拓推理新概念。证明了可拓数据挖掘两个定理和可拓推理公式。提出的从挖掘静态知识的数据挖掘扩展到挖掘变化知识的可拓数据挖掘,为数据挖掘开辟了新的研究方向,并通过实例进行了说明。

随着岩石力学的发展、计算机在矿业领域的广泛应用以及多学科交叉的促进,一向作为“技艺”的采矿学已开始进入科学领域。文章对地下金属资源开发的数控采矿环境、实现无废开采、海洋采矿、应对深井开采的岩爆威胁等科技前沿做了初步探讨,阐明其对采矿学科发展的重要意义。

Technology Development and Engineering Practice for Protection and Utilization of Water Resources in Coal Mining

摘要: Shanxi, Shaanxi, Inner Mongolia, Ningxia, and Gansu (hereafter generally referred as “the Western Area”) are major coal-producing areas in China due to rich coal resources and good mining conditions. However, the Western Area has a serious water shortage. The surface evaporation is huge and a great amount of mine water generated in coal mining is evaporated and lost after discharging to surface. In order to protect and utilize the water resources during large-scale coal mining in the Western Area, Shenhua Group has put forward a technological idea to store mine water in underground mined areas and successfully researched and developed the coal mine underground reservoir technology by solving the technical difficulties of water source prediction, reservoir site selection, reservoir capacity design, dam construction, safety guarantee, water quality control and so on through 20 years of exploration. Now Shenhua Group has successfully established a batch of reservoir in the Shendong Mining Area, obtaining great economic and social benefits. The technology is also extended to other western mining areas, providing an effective path for harmonic mining of coal and water resources in western China.

Driving Factors of Green Mining in Coal Mining Enterprises in China

摘要: This study constructs a Green Mining model based on identification and analysis of the four key driving factors of Green Mining in coal mining enterprises in China. Twelve research propositions are raised and empirically tested by using Structural Equation Model. The result shows that four key factors affect the intended implementation of Green Mining by improving a corporations efficiency and reputation. The diffusion of Green Mining technology has direct positive influence on the intended Green Mining implementation; Stakeholders’ green appeal has a positive influence on the decision makers’ attitude and values. The empirical study provides support for the government to establish a reasonable regulation and control mechanism to improve enterprises’ enthusiasm for Green Mining. Four Green Mining incentive policies are raised to regulate and motivate the coal mining enterprises to improve their environmental behaviors. The government can adopt piece(s) of them to change the enterprises’ roles from traditional passive to modern initiative.

摘要: Iron ore is necessarily basic raw material for industrialization and urbanization and related to the industrial distribution and development programming. The lean iron ore resource in our country is high-cost and low-efficiency, which cannot meet the demand of iron and steel industry, and even endanger the safety of industrial economy. Ansteel mining has created “grade decision-based multi-system integration” mode of mining and metallurgy system engineering and realized scale and efficient development of lean iron ore on basis of the construction of digital mines. Moreover, the “wisdom mines” was proposed and had led to the transformation and upgrading of iron developments.

Integrated Optimization and Management of Mining Engineering—Coordinative Operation and Optimal Managementof Five processes in Mining Engineering

摘要: In the view of engineering philosophy, the mining engineering is a dynamic operating process of ferrous material flow, in which the ferrous material flow is processed orderly through a series of continual coordinated procedures. It is also a process of discarding the dross, selecting the essential, and extracting the original metal. The object of management is to fulfill the multi-objective optimization. The proportion of lean ores in iron ore resources is 82% in the world and even 97% in China but their utilization is very low. Aiming at the bottleneck and weakness of China’s resource development, this paper analyzes and plans the mining engineering system as a whole based on the ideas and methods of system theory and engineering philosophical thinking. And the paper proposes the “grade decision-based multi-system integration” engineering management mode, which considers the relationship between engineering and environment and complies with the natural law. In the mode, the mining engineering, including geologic mining, ore blending, concentration and pelleting, can be viewed as a whole and the geological grade, mined ore grade, feed grade, concentrate grade and feed grade of blast furnace can be considered comprehensively. The mode reflected the overall structural optimization idea, realized the analysis, coordination and optimization among the multiple functions and processes, and thus drove the overall efficient and profit optimization throughout the processing flow. The establishment and the application of the “grade decision-based multi-system integration” mode have solved the lean iron ores exploitation problem and supported the “self-sufficiency” resource strategy.

Innate immune checkpoint Siglec10 in cancers: mining of comprehensive omics data and validation in patient

摘要: Sialic acid binding Ig-like lectin 10 (Siglec10) is a member of innate immune checkpoints that inhibits the activation of immune cells through the interaction with its ligand CD24 on tumor cells. Here, by analyzing public databases containing 64 517 patients of 33 cancer types, we found that the expression of Siglec10 was altered in 18 types of cancers and was associated with the clinical outcomes of 11 cancer types. In particular, Siglec10 was upregulated in patients with kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC) and was inversely associated with the prognosis of the patients. In 131 KIRC patients of our settings, Siglec10 was elevated in the tumor tissues of 83 (63.4%) patients compared with that in their counterpart normal kidney tissues. Moreover, higher level of Siglec10 was associated with advanced disease (stages III and IV) and worse prognosis. Silencing of CD24 in KIRC cells significantly increased the number of Siglec10-expressing macrophages phagocytosing KIRC cells. In addition, luciferase activity assays suggested that Siglec10 was a potential target of the transcription factors c-FOS and GATA1, which were identified by data mining. These results demonstrate that Siglec10 may have important oncogenic functions in KIRC, and represents a novel target for the development of immunotherapies.

A Survey of Tax Risk Detection Using Data Mining Techniques

摘要: Tax risk behavior causes serious loss of fiscal revenue, damages the country’s public infrastructure, and disturbs the market economic order of fair competition. In recent years, tax risk detection, driven by information technology such as data mining and artificial intelligence, has received extensive attention. To promote the high-quality development of tax risk detection methods, this paper provides the first comprehensive overview and summary of existing tax risk detection methods worldwide. More specifically, it first discusses the causes and negative impacts of tax risk behavior, along with the development of tax risk detection. It then focuses on data-mining-based tax risk detection methods utilized around the world. Based on the different principles employed by the algorithms, existing risk detection methods can be divided into two categories: relationship-based and non-relationship-based. A total of 14 risk detection methods are identified, and each method is thoroughly explored and analyzed. Finally, four major technical bottlenecks of current data-driven tax risk detection methods are analyzed and discussed, including the difficulty of integrating and using fiscal and tax fragmented knowledge, unexplainable risk detection results, the high cost of risk detection algorithms, and the reliance of existing algorithms on labeled information. After investigating these issues, it is concluded that knowledge-guided and data-driven big data knowledge engineering will be the development trend in the field of tax risk in the future; that is, the gradual transition of tax risk detection from informatization to intelligence is the future development direction.
