摘要: Vulnerable atherosclerotic plaque rupture leading to thrombosis is the major cause of acute coronary syndrome (ACS). Studies on the pathophysiologic mechanism of both ACS and plaque stabilizing treatment are driving the development of animal models of vulnerable plaque. In our laboratory, we established animal models of plaque rupture and thrombosis in rabbits and mice that are similar to human plaque rupture. Potential mechanisms involved in plaque vulnerability were studied from the inflammation-immunity, proliferation-apoptosis, oxidative stress and biomechanics aspects. Imaging markers and biomarkers were used to detect vulnerable plaques, including high frequency duplex ultrasound, intravascular ultrasound (IVUS), intravascular ultrasound elastography, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and inflammatory markers. Effective gene and drug strategies to treat vulnerable plaques were explored.

Denitrification performance and sulfur resistance mechanism of Sm–Mn catalyst for low temperature NH-SCR

摘要: MnOx and Sm–Mn catalysts were prepared with the coprecipitation method, and they showed excellent activities and sulfur resistances for the selective catalytic reduction of NOx by NH3 between 50 and 300 °C in the presence of excess oxygen. 0.10Sm–Mn catalyst indicated better catalytic activity and sulfur resistance. Additionally, the Sm doping led to multi-aspect impacts on the phases, morphology structures, gas adsorption, reactions process, and specific surface areas. Therefore, it significantly enhances the NO conversion, N2 selectivity, and sulfur resistance. Based on various experimental characterization results, the reaction mechanism of catalysts and the effect of SO2 on the reaction process about the catalysts were extensively explored. For 0.10Sm–Mn catalyst, manganese sulfate and sulfur ammonium cannot be generated broadly under the influence of SO2 and the amount of surface adsorbed oxygen. The Bronsted acid sites strengthen significantly due to the addition of SO2, enhancing the sulfur resistance of the 0.10Sm–Mn catalyst.

摘要:

具有单轴面内各向异性的非晶Sm-Co薄膜在信息存储和自旋电子学领域中都具有广阔的应用前景。产生单轴面内各向异性的最有效方法是在薄膜沉积过程中施加面内磁场。然而,这种方法通常需要复杂的设备。本文中,我们报道了一种产生单轴面内各向异性的新方法,只需要将非晶Sm-Co薄膜生长在(011)取向的单晶衬底上,薄膜生长过程中不需要施加任何外部磁场。生长在LaAlO3 (011)衬底上的非晶Sm-Co薄膜的各向异性常数kA高达3.3×104 J·详细分析表明,衬底各向异性应变引起的铁磁畴的择优生长,以及薄膜中Sm-Co、Co-Co取向对的有序化,在非晶Sm-Co薄膜单轴面内各向异性的产生上起到了重要作用。这项工作为在非晶Sm-Co薄膜中获得单轴面内各向异性提供了一种新方法。

摘要: SM3函数作为中国的哈希函数在国内具有很高市场价值。基于SM3的HMAC(HMAC-SM3)侧信道安全性依旧处于被评估阶段,尤其在硬件实现下的侧信道安全性更具研究价值。此外,SM3算法结构决定了HMAC-SM3侧信道分析难度。针对HMAC-SM3的硬件实现,提出一种技巧性的基于比特值的选择明文相关能量攻击策略。

摘要: 分析了协议独立的组播路由一稀疏模式(PIM-SM)的缺陷,提出多个会聚 点(RPs)的PIM-SM的改进机制。多个RPs机制有效地提高了原有单个RP的PIM-SM协议的健壮性,有利 于实现负载均衡、分类业务及提高系统的容错性能,并讨论多个RPs机制的开销问题。分析了 PIM-SM实现细 节和组播技术的前景。

Improvement of part-load performance of gas turbine by adjusting compressor inlet air temperature and IGV opening

摘要: A novel adjusting method for improving gas turbine (GT) efficiency and surge margin (SM) under part-load conditions is proposed. This method adopts the inlet air heating technology, which uses the waste heat of low-grade heat source and the inlet guide vane (IGV) opening adjustment. Moreover, the regulation rules of the compressor inlet air temperature and the IGV opening are studied comprehensively to optimize GT performance. A model and calculation method for an equilibrium running line is adopted based on the characteristic curves of the compressor and turbine. The equilibrium running lines calculated through the calculation method involve three part-load conditions and three IGV openings with different inlet air temperatures. The results show that there is an optimal matching relationship between IGV opening and inlet air temperature. For the best GT performance of a given load, the IGV could be adjusted according to inlet air temperature. In addition, inlet air heating has a considerable potential for the improvement of part-load performance of GT due to the increase in compressor efficiency, combustion efficiency, and turbine efficiency as well as turbine inlet temperature, when inlet air temperature is lower than the optimal value with different IGV openings. Further, when the IGV is in a full opening state and an optimal inlet air temperature is achieved by using the inlet air heating technology, GT efficiency and SM can be obviously higher than other IGV openings. The IGV can be left unadjusted, even when the load is as low as 50%. These findings indicate that inlet air heating has a great potential to replace the IGV to regulate load because GT efficiency and SM can be remarkably improved, which is different from the traditional viewpoints.
