Lu Youmei
The prevalent significance of the three-stage division method of engineering project management is discussed. Engineering project management should abide by the principle of proceeding from actual condition, managing scientifically and creating management characteristics. The Three Gorges project was taken as an example to discuss practice of engineering construction and management.
