Abstract

With the era of financial crisis in international markets and domestic real estate industry policy adjustments, the large construction enterprises in which railway is the main business are now facing a lot of pressure. In this paper, the analysis of the difficulties and challenges in current construction enterprises is given, and the suggestion of building the advanced management concepts and methods of operation are proposed. Furthermore, the paper discusses about the changing operation mode of railway construction enterprise by the example of China Tiesiju Civil Engineering Group.
