In this paper, industrialized farming concept as a guide, energy saving and emission reduction targets to agro-industrial technology research of flatfish system has been based on the model-based recirculating aquaculture systems (RAS) design principles to build accurate "conserving facility type" RAS, optimize their breeding process, and preliminary exploration of marine fish in this integrated system.
