Great-leap-forward development of consulting industry puts forward new demands for project cost professionals. The training of application-oriented talents applicable to market demand is the primary task of personnel training of project cost. This paper takes Tianjin University of Technology as an example， analyzing the quality characteristics of application-oriented talents. Build a systematic exposition of the construction of application-oriented training model of project cost， based on the construction of the teaching system and the team’s training and construction， designed to provide a reference for application-oriented training model of project cost.
