In the last 20 years of the This paper showed clearly that the study of innovation belongs to the category of complexity science and explained the concept of innovation by system principle.It demonstrated that the complexity of strategic innovation depends on the unity of opposites inside system,illustrated that the national strategic innovation is an open complex giant system,and pointed out that it is necessary to build the country of innovative type in order to master the complexity of the national strategic innovation.
Current approaches for predicting mining induced surface subsidence have a drawback in common that they predict the subsidence only on the basis of a physical or mechanical approach irrespective of the practical examples in engineering practice in mining induced surface subsidence.However,these experiences created in engineering practice are of great value and full use should be made of them to establish an approach for predicting mining induced surface subsidence.Therefore,this paper accumulated a lot of practical examples of mining induced surface subsidence,integrated these examples by using adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system (ANFIS)and established an ANFIS-based approach for predicting mining induced surface subsidence.The approach was further tested by using practical examples of mining induced surface subsidence.The results show that the approach can converge quickly,fit the data in very good agreement and make generalization prediction with high accuracy.
In this paper,the application of neural network to power converter control is discussed.A new hysteresis comparator constructed by using neural network is introduced.Hysteresis band control is an effective and simple control method.It can easily run without many system parameters.But the switch frequency of system is not fixed.So it not only makes the system unstable but also may lessen the life span of the switches. The control method that combines the neural network technology with the hysteresis band technology has a high performance in response of current.Through training the neural network can learn the control rules by itself and can replace the real hysteresis comparator in power converter control.The computer simulation results are given in this paper and they can demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.The neural network is realized by using DSP.
To solve the question that the realizable linear filter in physics is not considered in the simulation of the Weibull-distributed clutter, firstly,this paper studies the statistic characteristic of the clutter model and the simulation method of ZMNL(zero memory nonlinearity).Then adopting minimum phase feature and complex cepstrum technology, this paper proposes the technique for the realizable filter in physics.Then the method of generation of random Weibull-distributed sequences is set forth profoundly.Finally,the simulation is carried out and the results prove the validity and veracity of the method proposed in this paper. The clutter generated by this method can be used in the simulation of radar signal,analysis of radar image and optimization of radar signal processor.
In the digital manufacturing,information circulation of engineering graphics can be realized in a short time by Internet inside enterprise and among enterprises.Manpower,material and financial resources are economized through the method and mistakes and redundancy of data obtained are also be cut down to maximum extent.Based on the characteristic of correlation of graphics'geometry elements,long唱distance high efficiency and secure transmission of complex engineering graphics data is realized after parameter structure is built and data code compression and data encryption are put in practice at the same time by using BP algorithm of artificial neural network.Examples show that this method can be used in actual engineering.
It is very important whether a driver can give correct decision and precise operation in emergency. So,it is necessary to judge the emergency degree of environment and provide control algorithm of vehicle motion for ensuring the lives and properties’safety.The emergency degree is firstly given based on relative distance, velocity and drivers’characteristics.Then the control algorithm of vehicle motion based on fuzzy logic is established and is simulated with Simulink.The results show that the higher the emergency degree,the bigger the maximum deceleration is used to control the vehicle.The results also show that the drivers’characteristics have obvious effect on the braking operation.The fuzzy logic is valid to control vehicle’s deceleration.
This paper investigates V-BLAST MC-CDMA down link.A V-BLAST detector per subcarrier is proposed for MIMO MC-CDMA system in this paper and the system performance with var ious numbers of V -BLAST antennas and users for such a system is evaluated throu gh simulations.
The enrichment of vanadium and crystallization and growth of V-concentrating phase in V-bearing steelmaking slag are studied by adding SiO2 and Al2O3 with the method of melting-cooling. The results show that when15% SiO2 and 20% Al2O3 are added in slag, respectively, vanadium can be enriched in solid solution of Ca3[(V,P,Si)]O4]2 from the original phases of 2CaO·SiO2(C2S) and 2CaO·Fe2O3(C2F). The contents of V2O5 in Ca3[(V,P,Si)]O4]2 reach 24.38% and 14.90%, respectively. It is demonstrated that when the slag is added by Al2O3, V-concentrating phase can nucleates homogeneously at1325℃and heterogeneously at 1350℃. When holding at crystallization temperature of 1300℃, the crystals of V-concentrating phase grow from mean diameter of 6.28μm for 5min to 25.19μm for 580 min, and the number of crystals per unit area is decreasing.
The top level integrated property,sustainable developability(SD),which can guide the development of aircrafts,is put forward based on the discovery of the essence in the development of military aircrafts.The definition and metrics of SD are given.The sustainable developability index,which can estimate SD effectively,is formulated to characterize SD.Furthermore,an integrated tradeoff model of SD is established.At last,the application in the modification project estimation of certain type aircraft demonstrates the rationality and effectiveness of SD.
Bio-purification test of the seven kinds of gaseous pollutants, toluene, styrene, formaldehyde, CS2, SO2, H2S and NOx, which are commonly contained in industrial waste gases, by using the biofilm-packing tower system was performed. The test results showed that the biofilm-separately. And the purifying effects of biofilm-packing towers for three kinds of inorganic pollutants, SO2, H2S and NOx (bio-elimination capacity B = 90 — 150 mg/L·h) , were better obviously than that for three kinds of organic pollutants, styrene, formaldehyde and CS2, (bio-elimination capacity B < 30 mg/L·h) . The suitable operation conditions of the biofilm-packing tower system for purifying the 7 kinds of gaseous pollutants were confirmed and the seven kinds of special bacteria strains were identified in this study.
