Abstract

The capacity of people to be creative in their approach to their work will be a major necessary. Creative problem solving (CPS) is the common name for methods that utilize creativity techniques within an organizing framework. Based on analyzing the characters of creative process, this paper discusses the elements of creative cognition. The basic funtions of creativity support system (CSS) are studied. A hierarchical model of the creativity support system based on experimental learning is presented.
