Only through the IT governance , we can organically combine the information technology in colleges and universities with college's mission and strategic goals to ensure that information construction projects can be seen and controllable, and the risks of information technology and processes can be balanced ,and then the information technology resources can be integrated into a kind of its advantage resource eventually.

The Technological Front Line and Development Strategy of Info-agriculture

Abstract:

Info-agriculture, the information technology system of agriculture,the technology front line of info-agriculture and the stratagem of Chinese info-agriculture have been introduced in this paper. In the part of info-agriculture ,this paper brings forward the basic conception of info-agriculture, and points out eight characters of info-agriculture. In the technology system of info-agriculture, the author puts forwarded five technology systems, that is, acquirement of information, management, transmission, development and application, industrialization and revelation. In the technology front line of info-agriculture, six problems have been discussed, that is, agriculture information mechanism needs to be researched in agriculture information science, the catalog system, standard and criterion of agriculture information, the error theory and agriculture information transfer, the relative theory of agriculture information, the theory of agriculture information flow control and agriculture information inversion. There are seven front line issues: crop growing model, aptitude expert system, virtual agriculture, integration of agriculture information technology, virtual agriculture information nets, precision agriculture, standard system of info-agriculture. In the strategy of info-agriculture in China, eight constructions of agriculture information technology should be developed, that is, extending the resource of agriculture information, building service center of agriculture information, management constructing national and provincial speedy system of agriculture, the expert system of agriculture, the development and construction of agriculture resource information, service system of agriculture, management information system of agriculture, educational net system of agriculture, and developing auto technology of agriculture.

Informatization of Mechanical Product —Some Information Techniques for Mechanical Equipment

Abstract:

Mechanical engineering is the basic content in traditional industry in China. Especially, the development of mechanical equipment will confine the development of many fields in national economy. The information technology is a frontier subject with rapid progress, and has been penetrated into many domains. This paper discusses how to use information technology to motivate and develop the traditional mechanical engineering from the viewpoint of mechanical product, i. e. mechanical product informatization. The paper introduces in detail the connotation, characteristics and realization steps of informatization. Combining with some achievements in authors' research practice, the paper mainly analyzes information fusion and feature extraction during the process of mechanical product informatization. In the end, the paper proposes that the theoretical breakthrough is essential for assuring autonomous intellectual property and kernel techniques.

Research on architecture of engineering management informatization

Abstract:

This paper proposes a reference approach to the establishment of Engineering Management Informatization (EMI) through the analysis of various stakeholders involved in the implementation process. It also brings up the 4-Layer architecture (SARI) which consists of Service Layer, Application Layer, Resource Layer and Infrastructure Layer by the analysis of the process of evolution and the corresponding model of EMI architecture. This paper describes the content of SARI and its application to EMI.SARI is a common architecture with the characteristics of integrated system application, centralized data storage, unified IP-based networks, completed security mechanism and efficient intelligent management, achieves facilities sharing, data sharing, applications integration and services unification which provides a reference for the implementation of EMI.

During the life-cycle of the large projects,the operational phase which lasted the longest and cost the most,is the major link project benefits reflected. In the whole phase, energy, human resources and the equipment maintenance may cost a lot. Effective control of such cost is one of the main targets of engineering management informatization(EMI). In the phase of project operation, project management institution,customers and partners are the stakeholder of EMI. Through the case of the airport management informatization, inherited and innovation of EMI has been discussed.

IT applications in land resources management: from content management to knowledge management

Abstract:

This paper firstly reviews the development of IT applications in land resource management, describes the relevant progresses in detail, then it summarizes the relationship between knowledge management and the IT applications, which is based on the analysis of the application characteristics. It points out that the new development of stage and direction is the use of knowledge management in the IT applications for land resource management. At the end of this paper, it preliminarily plans major tasks for the construction of land resource knowledge engineering.

Application of 5G Technology in Education Informatization

Abstract:

The popularity of educational informatization and the emergence of smart learning spaces have significantly increased students' demand for personalized, convenient, and diversified learning content. The fifth generation mobile communication (5G) technology, with its characteristics of large bandwidth, ultra-high reliability, ultra-low time delay, large-scale connection of things, is becoming an enabling technology for perfecting the education network and even realizing education modernization. This paper focuses on the application of 5G technology in education informatization. After the analysis of major characteristics of education informatization, this paper analyzes the technical challenges faced by the education network of China, and demonstrates corresponding 5G application scenarios from the aspects of teaching, teaching research, and education management, thereby forming an overall view of education informatization based on 5G technology. By 2035, the 5G technology will be further promoted, which will constantly enrich the connotation and promote the reform of education scenes; and thus it will become the driving force for the innovation in China's education informatization.

Monitor and control of ultra deep shaft safety and efficient construction

Abstract:

With the increase of the depth of shaft construction, shaft wall safety and the construction are becoming difficult. To ensure the safety and shaft wall construction safety and other factors, the real-time control and monitoring of the construction process is necessary. Feedback monitoring is an important method to ensure the construction safety. Base on the background of Benxi Dataigou Iron Mine's ultra-deep shaft with diameter of 6.5 m, depth of 1 640 m, the paper proposed methods to monitor the shaft wall safety and the condition of construction. It introduced the information construction for video monitor system, hanging plate important point monitor system and promoting bucket monitor system. The monitor system implementation plan may provide detailed information for ultradeep shaft efficient construction.

Using the factor analysis approach, the paper makes quantitative analysis and comprehensive evaluation of the 51 manufacturing enterprises in Tianjin in terms of informatizatton. Then, the method of cluster analysis is adopted to classify enterprises in order to find out their advantages and disadvantages, and to provide a scientific basis for the informatization development in manufacturing enterprises.

Predictive Analysis and Observational Construction for aLarge-Scale Underground Powerhouse Cavern Complex

Abstract:

In this paper, the predictive analysis and observational construction for the large-scale underground powerhouse cavern complex in Tianhuangping pumped storage power station are presented. The predictive analysis was carried out in three dimensions by FEM that simulated the actual staged excavation procedures. The analysis provides the sufficient information on the deformation evolution and the potential yielding zones in the cavern rocks. Based on the analysis results and the geological observation as well as the instrument measurement made during the construction, the design supporting parameters for the safety of the cavern rocks were adjusted timely. As a result, the underground powerhouse complex was successfully constructed.
