摘要: The subject is implementing and innovating environmental protection measures, and promoting green protection of cultural relics in the Three Gorges area. This thesis states its significance and effect in the beginning, and then summarizes seven pieces of main practice, includes five pieces of main effect. In the end, this thesis produces some relevant conclusions and suggestions about the subject.

Coordinating environmental protection and agricultural development: a village-based case study for promoting REVIEW

摘要:

Balancing ecological preservation with sustainable agricultural practices is a global issue. Erhai Lake has felt this challenge keenly. To address it, in 2022, a Science and Technology Backyards (STBs) project was launched in Gusheng Village. The goal of this is to care for the environment while ensuring that farms and farmers can thrive sustainably. The uniqueness of the Erhai STB arises from its interdisciplinary integration, encompassing fields such as ecology, agronomy and social science, resulting in specifically-designed solutions for the Erhai context. While this model aligns with broader STB paradigms, its distinctive edge lies in technological innovation and robust support mechanisms for local agricultural stakeholders. This paper describes the methodology and outcomes of the STB initiative, highlighting its pivotal role in spearheading sustainable transition in Erhai. Preliminary findings underscore the potential of the STB model as an efficacious tool for harmonizing environmental conservation and agricultural practices, that are both financially and environmentally sustainable, rendering it a potential model for comparable regions in China and other counties.

Review of challenges and strategies for balanced urban–rural environmental protection in China

摘要: With the rise of environmentalism in China, great efforts have been devoted to environmental protection over the past several decades. Compared with urban environmental protection, rural environmental protection has not been attached enough importance in China due to the dual-track structure of socio-economic development. As a result, rural China is shouldering disproportionally heavy environmental burdens partly because of the differences and biases between urban and rural environmental protection seen in environmental policies, environmental rights and interests, environmental protection investment, and the environmental protection awareness of people. To eliminate the gap between rural and urban environmental protection, and achieve the goal of “balanced urban–rural environmental protection” (BUREP), government should consider mapping out proper policies and strategies. In this paper we put forward an innovative strategy of BUREP against the background of China’s urban-rural environmental protection. First, we review the current status of rural environmental protection status and its challenges compared with urban environmental protection in China. Secondly, we analyzed the main driving factors and reasons deeply, and then we put forward the BUREP strategy base on the unequal status between urban and rural environment. Finally, we proposed the framework of BUREP. This study may serve as a scientific reference regarding decision-making in coordinating urban and rural environmental protection and in constructing the new countryside of China.

摘要: Serious environmental problems have appeared in China since the rapid economic growth 30 years ago, which affect human's health and become a limiting factor for further development. It has brought about the rethinking of traditional ways for economy development and environmental protection, and realized that the change in the model of development and environment protection is of significance. A new industrial revolution is needed for protecting the environment and promoting sustainable development. This paper discusses the characteristics of the new industrial revolution for sustainable development including cleaner production, circular economy, and industrial ecology. Lessons from China and abroad will be introduced to prove that new strategies for environment protection and economic development are needed.

摘要:

“互联网 +”智慧环保将互联网创新成果与生态环境保护进行深度融合,在推动生态环境领域技术进步的同时,对全面提高生态环境保护综合决策、监管和公共服务水平,加快环境管理方式和工作方式转变具有重要意义。本文从“互联网 +”智慧环保的发展需求出发,梳理了生态环境信息采集、传输、管理和决策方面的技术现状并凝练发展面临的问题,针对性提出了“互联网 +”智慧环保总体架构,具体阐述了精准治气、系统治水、生态监管、资源交易4个典型方向应用。研究建议,在技术层面发展多源生态环境监测、数据深度挖掘分析、多业务协同建模,在应用层面注重环保数据开放共享的政策推动,在产业层面培育以环境信息服务为代表的新兴业态。

Challenges of a feasible route towards sustainability in environmental protection

摘要: Anaerobic processes for treatment of low and high strength wastewaters and solid wastes constitute the core method in the natural biological mineralization (NBM) treatment concept. When adequately combined with the complementary NBM-systems and modern clean water saving practices in wastewater collection and transport, they represent a feasible route to sustainable environmental protection (EP), in essence even towards a more sustainable society. Despite the development and implementation of modern high rate Anaerobic Wastewater Treatment (AnWT-) systems and complementary innovative NBM-processes, the considerable progress made since the seventies in fundamental insights in microbiology, biochemistry and process technology, still numerous challenging improvements in the NBM-field can be realized. This contribution is mainly based on the insights attained from wide ranging literature evaluations and the results of experimental research conducted by numerous PhD students who participated in our group over the last four decades. An attempt is made here to identify major facets on which an improved insight can, and consequently should, be obtained in order to accomplish more optimal operation and design of various types of Anaerobic Degradation (AnDeg-) processes.

三峡工程是改善长江生态、保护环境的工程

摘要:

逐水而居是人类生存的自然选择, 长江和地球上其他江河一样, 是人类文明的发祥地和生存繁衍的好居所。长江流域作为一个生态系统, 在自然因素和人类活动的影响下正在不断地演变中。由于水土流失、污染以及人类活动等, 加剧了次生环境的不平衡,使生态环境变得更加脆弱, 缓减和改善这种生态危机已刻不容缓。实践证明,工程措施是人类改善生态环境的有效途径之一。三峡工程防洪库容221.5亿m3,可有效地拦蓄宜昌以上的洪水,保护其下游1 500万人口和150万hm2田地,并能防止或减缓洞庭湖等长江中游湖泊的淤积萎缩,年均发电量约900亿kW·h,可大大减少二氧化碳及有害气体的排放,在总体上,有利于长江流域、全国乃至全球生态和环境的保护。

论汽车动力总成节能环保的若干核心产品技术及FAW的技术对策

我国正由汽车工业消费大国向汽车生产大国过渡,汽车工业在GDP中的比重不断攀升,已成长为国民经济支柱,目前已基本形成汽车产品自主开发和技术创新能力。面对日益突出的能源及环境保护问题,以及正面参与国际竞争的压力,汽车产品的竞争要素也在不断转变,动力总成作为汽车产品的关键核心部件,在其中扮演着举足轻重的角色。随着竞争环境的复杂多变,以及顾客需求的多样化,汽车动力总成产品新的竞争局面正在形成,由单纯的追求性能,发展成为目前面向节能、环保、安全及发展循环经济的国际竞争,分析了中国汽车动力总成节能、环保的主要课题,阐述了目前汽车动力总成产品的主要技术,并剖析了一汽(FAW)的技术对策及产品战略。

我国水能资源开发利用及环境与生态保护问题探讨

摘要:

水能是清洁可再生能源,是实现可持续发展战略的优质能源。我国水能资源丰富,优先开发利用水能是我国能源发展的重要方针。开发利用水能资源,可减少开采煤炭和燃煤发电对环境的污染,有利于保护环境与生态。但修建大坝截断河道,使河流水沙情势发生变化,对环境与生态产生不利影响,应研究采取对策措施,处理好开发利用水能和保护环境与生态的关系。开发利用水能应按流域综合规划要求,科学合理和适度有序地进行,把开发水能与流域水资源综合利用、保护环境与生态和推动地区经济社会发展有机结合起来,切实做好移民安置工作,改善移民生活和生产条件,促进库区经济建设与环境保护协调发展。

Enhancing the Efficiency of Enterprise Shutdowns for Environmental Protection: An Agent-Based Modeling

摘要: Top-down environmental policies aim to mitigate environmental risks but inevitably lead to economic losses due to the market entry or exit of enterprises. This study developed a universal dynamic agent-based supply chain model to achieve tradeoffs between environmental risk reduction and economic sustainability. The model was used to conduct high-resolution daily simulations of the dynamic shifts in enterprise operations and their cascading effects on supply chain networks. It includes production, consumption, and transportation agents, attributing economic features to supply chain components and capturing their interactions. It also accounts for adaptive responses to daily external shocks and replicates realistic firm behaviors. By coupling high spatial-temporal resolution firm-level data from 18 916 chemical enterprises, this study investigates the economic and environmental impacts of an environmental policy resulting in the closure of 1 800 chemical enterprises over three years. The results revealed a significant economic loss of 25.8 billion USD, ranging from 23.8 USD to 31.8 billion USD. Notably, over 80% of this loss was attributed to supply chain propagation. Counterfactual analyses indicated that implementing a staggered shutdown strategy prevented 18.8% of supply chain losses, highlighting the importance of a gradual policy implementation to prevent abrupt supply chain disruptions. Furthermore, the study highlights the effectiveness of a multi-objective policy design in reducing economic losses (about 29%) and environmental risks (about 40%), substantially enhancing the efficiency of the environmental policy. The high-resolution simulations provide valuable insights for policy designers to formulate strategies with staggered implementation and multiple objectives to mitigate supply chain losses and environmental risks and ensure a sustainable future.

川气东送工程节能环保技术的创新与应用

摘要:

针对川东北地区敏感脆弱的生态环境及含剧毒高酸天然气的资源禀赋,始终坚持并严格落实“环保优先”的工程建设指导思想,大力推行以“节能环保、绿色低碳”为主要特征的生态工程建设模式,将系统优化思想与节能环保技术创新相结合、清洁生产措施与严格监管相结合,在优化设计、清洁生产、环境监测全过程推进节能环保技术的创新与应用,杜绝了重特大环境污染和生态破坏事故的发生,最大限度减少了工程建设对原始生态环境和人文历史环境的影响,实现了污染物排放浓度、总量和环境质量达标,履行了将川气东送工程建设成“生态工程”、把普光气田建设成“绿色气田”、把川气东送管道建设成“绿色能源大走廊”的社会承诺。

我国节能环保产业发展的思考

加快发展节能环保产业是推进我国产业结构调整、转变经济发展方式的重要途径,是应对气候变化,抢占未来竞争制高点的战略选择。本文介绍了我国节能环保产业发展的现状,分析了当前节能环保产业在发展过程中面临的问题,未来发展的重点领域和技术发展方向,提出了“十三五”期间我国节能环保产业发展的主要目标、相应的重点支撑工程和对策建议。

Managing nutrient for both food security and environmental sustainability in China: an experiment for

摘要: The challenges of how to simultaneously ensure global food security, improve nitrogen use efficiency (NUE) and protect the environment have received increasing attention. However, the dominant agricultural paradigm still considers high yield and reducing environmental impacts to be in conflict with one another. Here we examine a Three-Step-Strategy of past 20 years to produce more with less in China, showing that tremendous progress has been made to reduce N fertilizer input without sacrificing crop yield. The first step is to use technology for in-season root-zone nutrient management to significantly increase NUE. The second is to use technology for integrated nutrient management to increase both yield and NUE by 15%–20%. The third step is to use technology for integrated soil-crop system management to increase yield and NUE by 30%–50% simultaneously. These advances can thus be considered an effective agricultural paradigm to ensure food security, while increasing NUE and improving environmental quality.
