Frontiers of Agricultural Science and Engineering 2015, Volume 2, Issue 1,   Pages 66-72 doi: 10.15302/J-FASE-2015047

Abstract: The immune mapped protein 1 (NcIMP1) was identified as a membrane protein, and a previous study indicatedIn this study, the immune response and protection efficacy of NcIMP1 were evaluated.in the recombination plasmid pcDNA-IMP1, which was used for the intramuscular immunization of BALB/cThe parasite burden was significantly reduced in the pcDNA-IMP1-vaccinated mice. These data suggest that IMP1 is a promising vaccine candidate against neosporosis.

Frontiers of Agricultural Science and Engineering   Pages 262-279 doi: 10.15302/J-FASE-2021383

Abstract: D1 protein turnover and the xanthophyll cycle (XC) are important photoprotective mechanisms in plantsHere, streptomycin sulfate (SM) and dithiothreitol (DTT) were used in tomato plants as inhibitors of D1protein turnover and XC to elucidate their photoprotective impacts under sub-high temperature and highprotein production at both transcriptional and translational levels.Overall, inhibition of D1 turnover caused greater photoinhibition than XC inhibition.

Frontiers of Medicine 2017, Volume 11, Issue 4,   Pages 480-489 doi: 10.1007/s11684-017-0594-8

Abstract: Superinfection is frequently detected among individuals infected by human immunodeficiency virus type I (HIV-1)This observation indicates that the immune responses elicited by natural HIV-1 infection may play a roleThus, a successful HIV-1 vaccine likely needs to induce more potent and broader immune responses thanimmunity induced by primary infection is insufficient and if superinfection can lead to cross-reactive immuneresponses will be highly informative for HIV-1 vaccine design.
