Toward Human-in-the-loop AI: Enhancing Deep Reinforcement Learning Via Real-time Human Guidance for Autonomous Article

Jingda Wu, Zhiyu Huang, Zhongxu Hu, Chen Lv

Engineering 2023, Volume 21, Issue 2,   Pages 75-91 doi: 10.1016/j.eng.2022.05.017

Abstract: it is crucial to introduce humans into the training loop of artificial intelligence (AI), leveraging humanIn this study, a real-time human-guidance-based (Hug)-deep reinforcement learning (DRL) method is developedBased on this human-in-the-loop guidance mechanism, an improved actor-critic architecture with modifiedThe fast convergence of the proposed Hug-DRL allows real-time human guidance actions to be fused intoguidance without imposing specific requirements on participants' expertise or experience.

Strategic Study of CAE 2008, Volume 10, Issue 10,   Pages 64-66

Abstract:

Real-time guidance system of traffic flow is information reconstructIf events occut in short periodic time, these events will inflict the normal traffic guidance. In this plan, systematic revision for read-time guidance in burst event is added to deduce reaction timeThis scheme is imporved technology built on the current guidance system, therefore, this conclusion canbe widly applied to traffic flow guidance system.

Construction of the vessel-collateral theory and its guidance for prevention and treatment of vasculopathy

Yiling Wu

Frontiers of Medicine 2011, Volume 5, Issue 2,   Pages 118-122 doi: 10.1007/s11684-011-0140-z

Abstract: According to the self-discipline of traditional Chinese medicine, vessel-collateral theory was constructed systematically, which was important to improving prevention and treatment level of vasculopathy. The hypothesis of “homeostasis ( ), compensatory auto-adaptation ( ), regulation ( ) and equilibrium ( )” based on the “qi–yin-yang–five elements” coupled with the (nutrients)- (defense) theory, has become the core content of the vessel-collateral theory. Clinical and laboratory trials have been developed to further confirm the scientific connotations of the hypothesis, such as capsule, as the representative drugs of vessel collateral theory, showed good efficacy in protecting the vascular endothelium, stabilizing the vulnerable plaque and reducing the blood vessel spasm. “Sou, ti, shu, tong” was the characteristics of capsule in treating “microvascular damage” as the core mechanism of acute myocardial infarction, cerebral infarction and microvascular complications of diabetes. capsules in the treatment of arrhythmia have made integrated adjustment advantage. capsules have been made treating both manifestation and root cause of chronic heart failure. These research have improved prevention and treatment level of major vascular system diseases.

Strategic Guidance Effect of Large-Scale Construction Enterprise Growth to Programme Contracting

Feng Guo,Yi-qi Chen,Yi-qing Cai

Frontiers of Engineering Management 2016, Volume 3, Issue 3,   Pages 246-251 doi: 10.15302/J-FEM-2016034

Abstract: In the case of single project management standing the major place, the management on the organizational level and project level is separated from each other in large-scale construction enterprises, and it is not long before program management theories applied to construction industry. Under the new situation of construction project clustering, how to choose projects has been the strategic decision for construction enterprises. Therefore, with the theory of program management and strategic management, this paper analyzes the relationship between the strategic growth of large-scale construction enterprises and program contracting, and attempts to provide meaningful ideas for enterprises to choose program from the strategic level.
