摘要: In retrospect of the architecture design of Exit-Entry Administration Building of Shanghai Municipal Public Security Bureau, this paper elaborates on the architect s pursuit of the symbol of the image, the fluidity of the space and the sequence of the function. It promotes a case which deals with the harmony of the architecture individuality and the urban space commonness in city center.

我国设立法医局的必要性及其管理模式

摘要:

深化司法体制改革,健全统一司法鉴定管理体制是推进全面依法治国的重要组成部分。理顺法医鉴定管理制度是完善统一司法鉴定管理体制的重中之重。本文通过国内外法医鉴定管理制度比较,分析了我国法医鉴定领域管理部门分散、执业环境过度市场化、区域发展失衡、科研力量分散等弊端,探讨了我国成立法医局管理模式的可行性和必要性。研究阐述了法医局的运行和职责定位,认为应充分整合我国现有的各部门法医学资源,发挥现有的法医学专业人才力量,建立统一的、独立于公检法系统的国家级、省级、地市级三级法医局,不断提高法医鉴定权威性和公信力;建议由法医局承担司法鉴定、科学研究、职称评定、人才培养等职责,负责制定法医鉴定技术标准和工作指南。

摘要: During normal metabolism, oxidative byproducts will inevitably generate and damage molecules thereby impairing their biological functions, including the aging process. (补肾抗衰方, ) is a traditional Chinese medicine widely used for clinically treating premature ovarian failure. In the present study, administration at high concentrations significantly increased lifespan, slowed aging-related decline, and delayed accumulation of aging-related cellular damage in wild-type . administration could further largely alleviate the aging defects induced by UV and oxidative stresses, and administration at different concentrations could largely rescue the aging defects in mutant animals. The protective effects of administration on aging process were at least partially dependent on the Ins/IGF-like signaling pathway. Moreover, administration at different concentrations obviously altered the expression patterns of antioxidant genes and suppressed the severe stress responses induced by UV and oxidative stresses, suggesting that -induced tolerance to UV or oxidative stress might result from reactive oxygen species scavenging. administration during development was not necessarily a requirement for UV and oxidative stress resistance, and the concentrations of administrated examined were not toxic for nematodes. Therefore, administration could effectively retrieve the aging defects induced by UV irradiation and oxidative stress in .

Alleviation of cell damage in experimental ANP in rats by administration of chondroitin-sulfate reduces

摘要: In order to explore the effects of retrograde infusion of chondroitin-sulfate via the pancreatic duct on cytoprotection and attenuation of oxidative damage during acute necrotic pancreatitis (ANP), male Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups: A, B (experimental groups) and C (sham operation, control group). The rats in group A was subjected to retrograde injection of 5% sodium taurocholate via the pancreatic duct, and those in group B received chondroitin-sulfate therapy after ANP induction. All rats in three groups were killed at 6 h. The levels of malondialdehyde (MAD), total superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione (GSH), adenosine triphosphate (ATP) and serum amylase (SAM) were measured. The morphologic changes in pancreatic tissues were observed. It was found that the level of SAM was increased in group A and group B, with corresponding pathological changes of ANP. The levels of ATP, GSH and SOD in group A were decreased markedly and MDN increased significantly as compared with those in group B (P<0.01). In group B, the histopathologic damage was attenuated to a certain extent in comparison to that in group A. It was concluded that endogenous antioxidants were significantly reduced and lipid peroxidation increased during ANP. Retrograde infusion of chondroitin-sulfate via pancreatic duct could alleviate the pancreatic cell damage as a sort of scavengers of oxygen free radicals.

摘要: Garlic ( Liliaceae) has been safely used for more than 5000 years, and research on garlic extract is rapidly increasing because of its multiple biological functions. The effects of oral administration of garlic mixture (GM, water-soluble extract) on infectious bursal disease virus (IBDV)-infected specific pathogen free male white leghorn chicken were examined through histopathological, immunohistochemical, and Western blot analyses, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The results confirmed the protective effects of oral administration of 5 mg·kg BW GM (Group GM1) on bursal lesions after IBDV infection. In particular, protein expression of IBDV in the bursa decreased in Group GM1, indicating that GM administration decreased IBDV replication in the bursa. Furthermore, immunoglobulin M- and A-bearing B lymphocytes significantly increased 7 days post infection in bursae in Group GM1 ( <0.01), suggesting that the oral administration of 5 mg·kg GM offers moderate protection against B cell destruction after IBDV infection. During infection, the concentration of bursal interferon gamma (IFN-g) increased and peaked in Group GM1 earlier than in Group T (IBDV-exposed), demonstrating that GM administration prompted the production of IFN-g to protect against IBDV infection.

Strategic analysis of China’s geothermal energy industry

摘要: China is an early user of geothermal energy, and its direct use ranks first in the world. Recent national strategies and policies have enabled China’s geothermal energy industry to enter a new era with important development opportunities. This paper investigates the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) to China’s geothermal energy industry from political, economic, social, and technological (PEST) perspectives. SWOT–PEST analysis indicates that the resources, market, and technological foundation exist for the large-scale development of China’s geothermal energy industry. However, it experiences constraints, such as unclear resource distributions, incomplete development of government regulations, incomplete implementation of national policies, unclear authority between governmental administrative systems, and lack of uniform technical standards and codes. Therefore, future development strategies have been proposed to provide technical support and policy tools for geothermal energy development. The recommendations to ensure its healthy and sustainable development include improving resource exploration, rationalizing administration systems, enhancing policy guidance and financial support, and cultivating geothermal talent.

Effects of RNA interference targeting angiotensin 1a receptor on blood pressure and cardiac hypertrophy of rats with renovascular hypertension

摘要: The aim of this study is to investigate the effects of RNA interference (RNAi) targeting angiotensin 1a receptor (AT1a) on blood pressure and cardiac hypertrophy of rats with renovascular hypertension. Two RNAi plasmids, pAT1a-shRNA1 and pAT1a-shRNA2 each carrying a U6 promoter and an AT1a-specific shRNA-coding template sequence corresponding to the sites 928–946, 978–996 of the mRNA transcript, and a control plasmid pCon carrying a nonspecific shRNA-coding sequence were constructed. Thirty Sprague – Dawley rats with renovascular hypertension (2-kidney 1-clip) were randomly divided into 5 equal groups: Control group (without any intervention), pAT1a-shRNA1, pAT1a-shRNA2, pCon groups (with injection of the corresponding plasmid 4 mg/kg respectively into the tail vein), and valsartan group (30 mg/kg·d by gavage). Three weeks after drug administration, pAT1a-shRNA1, pAT1a-shRNA2 and valsartan respectively resulted in decrease of the tail blood pressure by (15.1 ± 5.4), (16.4 ± 8.4) and (30.6 ± 18.2) mmHg. However, the tail blood pressure increased further by about 25 mmHg in both of pCon and control groups. The carotid artery pressures of pAT1a-shRNA1, pAT1a-shRNA2 and valsartan groups were all significantly lower than those of the control and pCon groups. The ratio of left ventricle weight to body weight (LV/BW) of the rats in pAT1a-shRNA1, pAT1a-shRNA2, and valsartan groups decreased significantly than in the control group ( < 0.01), similar to those of the normal SD rats( > 0.05). Histopathological examination showed that the myocardiocytes were significantly hypertrophic and the basal membrane of the aorta was significantly thickened in the control group and such changes were alleviated in the pAT1a-shRNA1, pAT1a-shRNA2 and valsartan groups. Compared with the control group, pAT1a-shRNA1 and pAT1a-shRNA2 groups had lowered expression of AT1 receptor (in the myocardium and the thoracic aorta (all < 0.01); however, there were no significant differences in expression levels of AT1 receptor in valsartan and the control groups ( > 0.05). We conclude that RNAi targeting AT1a receptor inhibits the development of renovascular hypertension and the accompanying cardiac hypertrophy. RNAi technology may become a new strategy of gene therapy for hypertension.

再谈创建现代管理科学中国学派的若干问题

摘要:

创建现代管理科学的中国学派,这是中国管理科学界光荣而艰巨的历史使命;中国学派的基本特点是:具有中国特色,现代的,先进的,世界的,开放而与时俱进的。创建的基本途径是:洋为中用,古为今用,近为今用,综合集成。管理活动是人类的第二类活动,它为第一类活动(作业活动)提供服务;管理科学是研究管理活动规律与做好管理工作的知识体系。鉴于中文的“管理”对英文单词是“一对多”而不是“一对一”,“管理科学”与management science在含义上差别比较大,不宜来回翻译,笔者建议:在中文翻译为英文的时候,采用“管理”的汉语拼音guanli来表达,管理科学则表达为guanli science(GS),“现代管理科学的中国学派”可以翻译为The Chinese School of Modern Guanli Science(CSMGS)。选择工程管理领域开展中国学派创建工作的试验性研究,介绍了开展研究工作的设想。

A collaborative approach for urban underground space development toward sustainable development goals: Critical dimensions and future directions

摘要: The utilization of urban underground space (UUS) offers an effective solution to urban problems but may also negatively affect urban development. Therefore, UUS development needs better concerted guidelines to coordinate various urban systems and the multiple components of the underground world. Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which should be viewed as important yardsticks for UUS development, do not explicitly mention urban underground space, although many of them are affected by both the positive and negative consequences of its development. To fill this gap, this review lays the foundations of relevant UUS concepts and uses exemplary cases to reveal that 11 out of 17 SDGs can be linked with UUS uses. These linkages also manifest that land administration, integrated planning, architectural design, and construction technology are critical dimensions for increasing the contributions of UUS to the realization of SDGs. To achieve multi-disciplinary synergies among these four critical dimensions, a collaborative approach framework based on spatial data infrastructure is required. Thus, this work provides academics and practitioners with a holistic view of sustainable UUS development.
