Conversion of phenol to cyclohexane in the aqueous phase over Ni/zeolite bi-functional catalysts

摘要: A series of Ni/HZSM-5 and Ni/HIM-5 bi-functional catalysts were synthesized and applied to the aqueous-phase hydrodeoxygenation (HDO) of phenol. The Ni dispersibility and particle sizes were shown to be directly related to the porosity and crystal sizes of the parent zeolites, which further influenced the catalytic performances. The large pores and small crystal sizes of the parent zeolites were beneficial for dispersing Ni and forming small Ni particles, and the corresponding Ni/zeolite catalyst exhibited a higher phenol conversion and selectivity towards hydrocarbons. Importantly, the Ni/HIM-5 bi-functional catalyst exhibited a high activity (98.3%) and high selectivity for hydrocarbons (98.8%) when heated at 220°C for 1 h and is thus a new potential catalyst for the HDO of phenolics to form hydrocarbons in the aqueous phase.

Catalytic hydrogenation of insoluble organic matter of CS/Acetone from coal over mesoporous HZSM-5 supportedNi and Ru

摘要: Four supported catalysts, nickel and ruthenium on a HZSM-5 support, were prepared by equal volume impregnation and in-situ decomposition of carbonyl nickel. The properties of catalysts were investigated by catalytic hydro-conversion of 2,2′-dinaphthyl ether as the model compound and extraction residue of Naomaohu lignite as the sample under an initial H2 pressure of 5 MPa and temperature at 150 °C. According to the catalytic hydro-conversion results of the model compound, Ni−Ru/HZSM-5 exhibited the best catalytic performance. It not only activated H2 into H···H, but also further heterolytically split H···H into immobile H attached on the acidic centers of Ni−Ru/HZSM-5 and relatively mobile H+. Catalytic hydro-conversion of the extraction residue from Naomaohu lignite was further examined over the optimized catalyst, Ni−Ru/HZSM-5. Detailed molecular compositions of products from the extraction residue with and without hydrogenation were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and gas chromatography/mass spectrometry. The analytical results showed that the oxygen-containing functional groups in products of hydrogenated extraction residue were obviously reduced after the catalytic treatment. The relative content of oxygenates in the product with catalytic treatment was 18.57% lower than that in the product without catalytic treatment.

Unidirectional and stage-dependent roles of Notch1 in Wnt-responsive Lgr5

摘要: Wnt and Notch signaling play crucial roles in the determination of the prosensory domain and in the differentiation of hair cells (HCs) and supporting cells during mouse inner ear development; however, the relationship between the two signaling pathways in the mouse cochlea remains largely unknown. Here, we investigated the interactions between Notch and Wnt signaling on the basis of the bidirectional regulation of Notch1 specifically in Wnt-responsive Lgr5 progenitors during different cochlear development stages. We found that the downregulation of Notch1 in Lgr5 cells from embryonic day (E) 14.5 to E18.5 can drive the quiescent Lgr5 cells to re-enter the cell cycle and differentiate into extra HCs, whereas the upregulation of Notch1 expression did not affect the proliferation or differentiation of otic progenitor cells. No effect was observed on the upregulation or downregulation of Notch1 in Lgr5 cells from E10.5 to E14.5. We concluded that the roles of Notch1 in Wnt-responsive Lgr5 cells are unidirectional and stage dependent and Notch1 serves as a negative regulator for Lgr5 progenitor activation during cochlear differentiation. Our findings improved the understanding of the interactions between Notch and Wnt signaling in cochlear development.

GO-modified flexible polymer nanocomposites fabricated via 3D stereolithography

摘要: Graphene oxide (GO) induced enhancement of elastomer properties showed a great deal of potential in recent years, but it is still limited by the barrier of the complicated synthesis processes. Stereolithography (SLA), used in fabrication of thermosets and very recently in “flexible” polymers with elastomeric properties, presents itself as simple and user-friendly method for integration of GO into elastomers. In this work, it was first time demonstrated that GO loadings can be incorporated into commercial flexible photopolymer resins to successfully fabricate GO/elastomer nanocomposites via readily accessible, consumer-oriented SLA printer. The material properties of the resulting polymer was characterized and tested. The mechanical strength, stiffness, and the elongation of the resulting polymer decreased with the addition of GO. The thermal properties were also adversely affected upon the increase in the GO content based on differential scanning calorimetry and thermogravimetric analysis results. It was proposed that the GO agglomerates within the 3D printed composites, can result in significant change in both mechanical and thermal properties of the resulting nanocomposites. This study demonstrated the possibility for the development of the GO/elastomer nanocomposites after the optimization of the GO/“flexible” photoreactive resin formulation for SLA with suitable annealing process of the composite in future.

The cooperation effect of Ni and Pt in the hydrogenation of acetic acid

摘要: The catalytic hydrogenation of carboxylic acid to alcohols is one of the important strategies for the conversion of biomass. Herein, a series of Ni-doped PtSn catalysts were prepared, characterized and studied in the hydrogenation of acetic acid. The Ni dopant has a strong interaction with Pt, which promotes the hydrogen adsorption, providing an activated hydrogen-rich environment for the hydrogenation. Meanwhile, the presence of Ni also improves the Pt dispersion, giving more accessible active sites for hydrogen activation. The cooperation of Pt and Ni significantly promotes the catalytic activity of the hydrogenation of acetic acid to ethanol. As a result, the catalyst with 0.1% Ni exhibits the best reaction activity, and its space time yield is twice as that of the PtSn/SiO2 catalyst. It provides a meaningful instruction on the catalyst design for the carboxylic acid hydrogenation.

教育信息化日益普及,智慧学习空间不断出现,学生对学习内容的个性化、便捷化、多样化需求也日益凸显,而第五代移动通信( 5G)技术以其大带宽、本文重点探索 5G技术的教育信息化应用,在梳理教育信息化主要特征的基础上,分析了我国教育网络面临的技术挑战,从教学、教研、教育管理三方面着手,论证提出相应的 5G应用场景,形成 5G教育信息化总体视图。面向 2035年, 5G的技术普及与应用拓展,将不断丰富教育场景的内涵,推动教育场景的变革,成为我国教育信息化创新的原生动力。

CMIP5模式在东亚-西北太平洋地区的鲁棒性分析

摘要: 针对第五次耦合模式比较计划(CMIP5)中的气候模式,本文提供了综合鲁棒性分析。本文从气候平均态、年际变率、中上新世(MP)和过去千年的历史气候变化、气候预估的角度,对CMIP5 模式的优缺点进行了评估。另外,还评估了区域气候模式相对于驱动其运行的全球气候模式带来的模拟增值。从CMIP3 到CMIP5,模式的可信度明显提高,气候平均态、年际变率和过去气候变化的模拟情况有所改善,但在CMIP5 模式中,一些之前已知的偏差,如西北太平洋副热带高压脊线的位置和与之相关的降水偏差等

5G应用下的MIMO阵列天线去耦方法综述 Review Articles

摘要: 提出一种面向微纳卫星的自主汽化管理液氨推进系统。相比常规冷气或液化气推进系统,提出多路平行筛孔式汽化装置和对应汽化控制方法。所提方案有效解决了液氨高汽化潜热和不易完全汽化的问题,从而发挥液氨推进剂高贮存密度和高比冲性能优势。此外,重点分析自主汽化管理液氨推进系统的工作流程及其涉及的物理化学过程和数学模型。综合考虑推力表现和能源效率,提出最优系统推力控制策略。地面测试表明,自主汽化管理液氨推进系统总重1.8 kg(包含0.34 kg液氨推进剂),比冲达到100 s,系统功耗在10 W以下。自主汽化管理液氨推进系统具有高比冲、低功耗、可实现性强、推力输出均一稳定等特点,适合微纳卫星在轨应用。

lncR-GAS5 upregulates the splicing factor to impair endothelial autophagy, leading to atherogenesis

摘要: Long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) play a critical role in the regulation of atherosclerosis. Here, we investigated the role of the lncRNA growth arrest-specific 5 (lncR-GAS5) in atherogenesis. We found that the enforced expression of lncR-GAS5 contributed to the development of atherosclerosis, which presented as increased plaque size and reduced collagen content. Moreover, impaired autophagy was observed, as shown by a decreased LC3II/LC3I protein ratio and an elevated P62 level in lncR-GAS5-overexpressing human aortic endothelial cells. By contrast, lncR-GAS5 knockdown promoted autophagy. Moreover, serine/arginine-rich splicing factor 10 (SRSF10) knockdown increased the LC3II/LC3I ratio and decreased the P62 level, thus enhancing the formation of autophagic vacuoles, autolysosomes, and autophagosomes. Mechanistically, lncR-GAS5 regulated the downstream splicing factor SRSF10 to impair autophagy in the endothelium, which was reversed by the knockdown of SRSF10. Further results revealed that overexpression of the lncR-GAS5-targeted gene miR-193-5p promoted autophagy and autophagic vacuole accumulation by repressing its direct target gene, SRSF10. Notably, miR-193-5p overexpression decreased plaque size and increased collagen content. Altogether, these findings demonstrate that lncR-GAS5 partially contributes to atherogenesis and plaque instability by impairing endothelial autophagy. In conclusion, lncR-GAS5 overexpression arrested endothelial autophagy through the miR-193-5p/SRSF10 signaling pathway. Thus, miR-193-5p/SRSF10 may serve as a novel treatment target for atherosclerosis.

Catalytic hydrolysis of gaseous HCN over Cu–Ni/γ-Al

摘要: ? The Cu–Ni/γ-Al O catalyst was prepared to study HCN hydrolysis ? On catalyst calcined at 400°C, the HCN removal efficiency reaches a maximum. ? HCN removal is the highest at 480 min at a H O/HCN volume ratio of 150 ? The presence of CO facilitates HCN hydrolysis and increases NH production. ? O increases the HCN removal and NO production but decreases NH production GRAPHIC ABSTRACT To decompose efficiently hydrogen cyanide (HCN) in exhaust gas, g-Al O -supported bimetallic-based Cu–Ni catalyst was prepared by incipient-wetness impregnation method. The effects of the calcination temperature, H O/HCN volume ratio, reaction temperature, and the presence of CO or O on the HCN removal efficiency on the Cu–Ni/g-Al O catalyst were investigated. To examine further the efficiency of HCN hydrolysis, degradation products were analyzed. The results indicate that the HCN removal efficiency increases and then decreases with increasing calcination temperature and H O/HCN volume ratio. On catalyst calcined at 400°C, the efficiency reaches a maximum close to 99% at 480 min at a H O/HCN volume ratio of 150. The HCN removal efficiency increases with increasing reaction temperature within the range of 100°C–500°C and reaches a maximum at 500°C. This trend may be attributed to the endothermicity of HCN hydrolysis; increasing the temperature favors HCN hydrolysis. However, the removal efficiencies increases very few at 500°C compared with that at 400°C. To conserve energy in industrial operations, 400°C is deemed as the optimal reaction temperature. The presence of CO facilitates HCN hydrolysis andincreases NH production. O substantially increases the HCN removal efficiency and NO production but decreases NH production.

Pt-Ni nanourchins as electrocatalysts for oxygen reduction reaction

摘要: Pt-Ni bimetallic alloys with various nanostructures have shown excellent activity toward oxygen reduction reaction (ORR). The ORR activity is highly dependent on the structure of the catalyst. In this paper, Pt-Ni nanourchins were synthesized with an average size of 50 nm consisting of 10–20 nanorods and nanooctahedra by adjusting the synthesis condition. The formation of Pt-Ni nanourchins is mainly dependent on the adding order of solvents (benzyl ether, oleylamine and oleic acid). Pt-Ni nanourchins present a reasonable high ORR activity (0.81 A/mg at 0.9 V).

Boehmite-supported CuO as a catalyst for catalytic transfer hydrogenation of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural

摘要: 2,5-bis(hydroxymethyl)furan (BHMF) is an important monomer of polyester. Its oxygen-containing rigid ring structure and symmetrical diol functional group establish it as an alternative to petroleum-based monomer with unique advantages for the prodution of the degradable bio-based polyester materials. Herein, we prepared a boehmite-supported copper-oxide catalyst for the selective hydrogenation of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural into BHMF via catalytic transfer hydrogenation (CTH). Further, ethanol successfully replaced conventional high-pressure hydrogen as the hydrogen donor, with up to 96.9% BHMF selectivity achieved under suitable conditions. Through characterization and factor investigations, it was noted that CuO is crucial for high BHMF selectivity. Furthermore, kinetic studies revealed a higher by-product activation energy compared to that of BHMF, which explained the influence of reaction temperature on product distribution. To establish the catalyst structure-activity correlation, a possible mechanism was proposed. The copper-oxide catalyst deactivated following CTH because ethanol reduced the CuO, which consequently decreased the active sites. Finally, calcination of the catalyst in air recovered its activity. These results will have a positive impact on hydrogenation processes in the biomass industry.
