摘要: 本文提出一种通过大气阻力实现轨道面内沿迹跟飞编队的综合策略,并将用于浙江大学下一颗皮纳卫星(该卫星是国际QB50项目成员之一)。QB50项目主要任务是90–300 km高度近地大气层探测。在这一轨道高度,大气阻力对卫星姿态和轨道的影响均不能忽略。

P50 auditory sensory gating in first onset schizophrenics and normal healthy adults

摘要: The aim of this research was to investigate the variations of P50 auditory sensory gating (P50) in normal healthy adults and the first onset schizophrenics. By using the American Nicolet Bravo electromyography/evoked potential (EMG/EP) system, P50 was measured with conditioning-testing paradigm (paired-click stimuli S1 and S2 were used) in 58 first onset schizophrenics and 108 healthy adults, and the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale (PANSS) was applied. The following three conclusions have been reached. (1) In normal control (NC) group, measured from central, anterior and posterior zone (Cz, Fz and Pz respectively), there were no statistical differences (>0.05) between S1 and S2 evoked P50 peak latencies (S1-P50 and S2-P50); the amplitudes of S2-P50 [(2.2±1.4), (2.3±1.5) and (2.1±1.4) μV respectively] reduced significantly as compared with S1-P50 [(5.6±3.3), (5.6±3.9) and (4.9±2.8) μV respectively] (<0.01); the S2/S1 ration, S1-S2 difference, and 100 (1-S2/S1) had no statistical differences (>0.05). (2) Compared with NC, the schizophrenic group significantly showed lower S1-P50 amplitudes (<0.01, except at Pz in which = 2.030, = 0.042), higher S2-P50 amplitudes, higher S2/S1 ratio, lower S1-S2 difference, and more decreased 100 (1-S2/S1) (<0.01) at Cz, Fz and Pz. (3) No significant correlations were found among S2/S1 ratio, S1-S2, 100 (1-S2/S1) of sensory gating and PANSS (>0.05) in schizophrenic group. The first onset schizophrenics had sensory gating deficits, which could be quantified by P50.

Clinical characteristics in lymphangioleiomyomatosis-related pulmonary hypertension: an observation on 50

摘要: Lymphangioleiomyomatosis (LAM) is a rare diffuse cystic lung disease. Knowledge on LAM-related pulmonary hypertension (PH) is limited. This study aimed to analyze the clinical characteristics of LAM with elevated pulmonary artery pressure (PAP) and evaluate the potential efficacy of sirolimus. The study involved 50 LAM patients who underwent echocardiography. According to the tricuspid regurgitation velocity (TRV), these patients were divided into the TRV≤2.8 m/s group and TRV>2.8 m/s group. Both groups comprised 25 females with an average age of 38.6±8.1 and 41.5±8.9 years. In the TRV>2.8 m/s group, the estimated systolic PAP (SPAP) was significantly elevated (52.08±12.45 mmHg vs. 30.24±5.25mmHg, <0.01). Linear analysis showed that SPAP was correlated with forced expiratory volume in 1 s (FEV ), diffusing capacity of the lungs for carbon monoxide, alveolar arterial oxygen gradient (P O ), and 6 min walking distance ( = −0.392, −0.351, 0.450, and −0.591, respectively; <0.05), in which P O was a risk factor for SPAP elevation ( = 0.064, OR= 1.066, <0.05). Moreover, in 10 patients who received sirolimus therapy, SPAP decreased from 57.0±12.6 mmHg to 35.2±11.1 mmHg. The study showed that LAM patients with PH exhibit poor pulmonary function and hypoxemia and may benefit from sirolimus treatment.

Phase equilibrium of the ternary system of NH 4 Cl—CaCl 2 —H 2 O at 50°C

摘要: The equilibrium data on the ternary system of NHCl—CaCl—HO at 50°C were investigated using the wet-residue method. The experimental results show that there are three pure phase crystal areas of NHCl, 2NHCl·CaCl·3HO and CaCl·2HO, two mixture phase crystal areas of NHCl and 2NHCl·CaCl·3HO, and 2NHCl·CaCl·3HO and CaCl·2HO in the system. A new hydration double salt (2NHCl·CaCl·3HO) was found in the ternary equilibrium system for the first time.

A 50-year sedimentary record of heavy metals and their chemical speciations in the Shuangtaizi River

摘要: Two parallel sediment cores collected from tidal flat located in the Shuangtaizi River estuary were analyzed for heavy metal concentrations and chemical speciations. Based on the Cs activity profile, mean sedimentation rate at the sampling site during the past 50 years was estimated to be 1.3 cm·a . Correlation analyses show that almost all the metals are associated with each other, suggesting that these metals might be derived from same sources and/or affected by same geochemical processes. Influence of total organic carbon (TOC) content on the concentrations of Cr, Ni, Cu and Cd is evident. Silt and clay contents, instead of sand content, play an important role in the distribution of these metals. The dominant binding phases for most of the metals (except for Cd) are the residual. The relative decrease of the residual fraction of Cd and Pb in the upper 66 cm of the core is striking. The distribution of chemical fraction confirms that the residual fractions of these metals have a natural origin, while only the non-residual fractions of Cd and Pb increased upward the core due to pollution in the past five decades. Pollution assessment on these heavy metals based on Index of Geoaccumulation ( ) also demonstrates that most of the metals are unpolluted. The weak pollution as observed in the sediments is perhaps related to a local plant, the Kitag, which may have played a significant role in the biodegradation of these metals and the metal distribution in the estuary.

Exposure-response of Cr(III)-organic complexes to Saccharomyces cerevisiae

摘要: Hexavalent chromium [Cr(VI)] bioreduction produces soluble Cr(III)-organic complexes. The Cr(III)-organic complexes are relatively stable once they are formed, and no data about their toxicity were reported. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the bioavailability and toxicity of the soluble Cr(III)-organic complexes. L-1 wild type yeast strain was chosen as the model organism and Cr(III)-citrate was selected as the representative compound of the Cr(III)-organic complexes. The short-term chronic aquatic toxicity tests of the Cr(III)-citrate was explored by measuring growth inhibition, direct viable cell count, dry biomass, biosorption, and the amount of CO production. Cr(III)-citrate exerted a toxicity of 51mg/L with an , which was calculated from the percent growth inhibition. These toxicity data would be helpful to define the toxic potential of the organo-chromium-III compounds in the environment.

Numerical study of EGR effects on reducing the pressure rise rate of HCCI engine combustion

摘要: The effects of the inert components of exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) gas on reducing the pressure rise rate of homogeneous charge compression ignition engine combustion were investigated numerically by utilizing the CHEMKIN II package and its SENKIN code, as well as Curran’s dimethyl ether reaction scheme. Calculations were conducted under constant volume combustion and engine combustion (one compression and one expansion only, respectively) conditions. Results show that with constant fuel amount and initial temperature and pressure, as EGR ratio increases, combustion timings are retarded and the duration of thermal ignition preparation extends non-linearly; peak values of pressure, pressure rising rate (PRR), and temperature decrease; and peak values of heat release rate in both low temperature heat release (LTHR) and high temperature heat release decrease. Moreover, maximum PRR decreases as CA50 is retarded. With constant fuel amount, mixtures with different EGR ratios can obtain the same CA50 by adjusting the initial temperature. Under the same CA50, as EGR ratio increases, the LTHR timing is advanced and the duration of thermal ignition preparation is extended. Maximum PRR is almost constant with the fixed CA50 despite the change in EGR ratio, indicating that the influence of EGR dilution on chemical reaction rate is offset by other factors. Further investigation on the mechanism of this phenomenon is needed.

Assessment of toxicity of two nitroaromatic compounds in the freshwater fish

摘要: This study was conducted to evaluate the toxicological response of -nitrotoluene and -nitroaniline to the key fish species, . A freshwater fish bioassay based on the 96 h was used to estimate the single and joint toxicity of the two chemicals. The toxicity of -nitrotoluene was greater than that of -nitroaniline based on 96 h values of 40.74 mg·L and 48.99 mg·L , respectively. Both compounds had moderate toxicity toward , and this toxicity increased with the exposure duration and concentration. Binary mixtures of the compounds were more toxic than the individual compounds at 96 h, and they acted upon partial addition. When the exposure time was longer, the toxicity increased for mixtures of compounds with the same concentration or toxicity. The results of this study suggest that exposure to a combination of these chemicals would result in a higher environmental risk in aquatic systems than exposure to either compound alone. Further research is needed to investigate the combined effects and sublethal toxicity of -nitrotoluene and -nitroaniline, since they are both still used in China.

Fluorene-based narrow-band-gap copolymers for red light-emitting diodes and bulk heterojunction photovoltaic cells

摘要: A series of narrow band-gap conjugated copolymers (PFO-DDQ) derived from 9,9-dioctylfluorene (DOF) and 2,3-dimethyl-5,8-dithien-2-yl-quinoxalines (DDQ) is prepared by the palladium-catalyzed Suzuki coupling reaction with the molar feed ratio of DDQ at around 1%, 5%, 15%, 30% and 50%, respectively. The obtained polymers are readily soluble in common organic solvents. The solutions and the thin solid films of the copolymers absorb light from 300–590 nm with two absorbance peaks at around 380 and 490 nm. The intensity of 490 nm peak increases with the increasing DDQ content in the polymers. Efficient energy transfer due to exciton trapping on narrow-band-gap DDQ sites has been observed. The PL emission consists exclusively of DDQ unit emission at around 591–643 nm depending on the DDQ content in solid film. The EL emission peaks are red-shifted from 580 nm for PFO-DDQ1 to 635 nm for PFO-DDQ50. The highest external quantum efficiency achieved with the device configuration ITO/PEDOT/PVK/PFO-DDQ15/Ba/Al is 1.33% with a luminous efficiency 1.54 cd/A. Bulk heterojunction photovoltaic cells fabricated from composite films of PFO-DDQ30 copolymer and [6,6]-phenyl C butyric acid methyl ester (PCBM) as electron donor and electron acceptor, respectively in device configuration: ITO/PEDOT:PSS/PFO-DDQ30:PCBM/PFPNBr/Al shows power conversion efficiencies of 1.18% with open-circuit voltage () of 0.90 V and short-circuit current density () of 2.66 mA/cm under an AM1.5 solar simulator (100 mW/cm). The photocurrent response wavelengths of the PVCs based on PFO-DDQ30/PCBM blends covers 300–700 nm. This indicates that these kinds of low band-gap polymers are promising candidates for polymeric solar cells and red light-emitting diodes.
